New Ginsburg Library Opens The Simmy and Harry Ginsburg Health Sciences Library is now open. Located in the New Medical Education and Research Building on North Broad Street, the stunning new library serves the schools of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy, the College of Health Professions, and the Temple Hospitals. The Ginsburg Library offers the services and resources once housed in the Kresge and South libraries, with more available study space, group meeting rooms and instructional spaces. Some highlights of the Ginsburg Library include: over 175 public workstations seating for nearly 1,000 throughout the library two classrooms to meet the library's instructional needs, one of which can be converted into a conference room over 30 group study rooms wireless access throughout the entire library space ten collaborative learning rooms Featured Resource JAMAevidence is the premier online resource for learning, teaching and practicing evidence-based medicine. The database include: Full content from the new second edition of the Users' Guides to the Medical Literature and The Rational Clinical Examination Direct free access to referenced articles from JAMA and the Archives Journals that are cited in JAMAevidence.   Featured Resource Henry Stewart Talks are a series of over 1,000 seminars from leading world experts that cover basic sciences and clinical medicine. The HS Libraries have licensed the Biomedical and Life Sciences Collection. This series will appeal to researchers, graduate students, medical faculty and staff, as well as other health sciences departments.
